Vampire Facelift

Esthetics Eleven

Rejuvenate the face and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

The procedure involves using platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which is derived from the patient’s own blood, and injecting it into the face to stimulate collagen production and improve the skin’s texture and tone.

The PRP is obtained by drawing a small amount of blood from the patient and then processing it to concentrate the platelets, which are believed to have growth factors that can promote healing and tissue regeneration. The platelet-rich plasma is then injected into the skin in the area where rejuvenation is desired.

Cost is €275.

What happens during the treatment?

Stage 1: The Blood

The practitioner retrieves one or more blood sample depending on the area to be treated.

Stage 2: Centrifuging

Blood samples are centrifuged for 6 minutes. This separates the platelet rich plasma from other denser components such as red blood cells and white blood cells.

Stage 3: Activation

To activate, the tube is slowly tipped several times from top to bottom to simplify the extraction of the plasma.

Stage 4: The Syringe

The specialist extracts only the plasma present in the sample using a syringe or micro cannula.

Stage 5: Injections

The practitioner removes the anesthetic cream after half an hour and performs the hypodermic injections. The syringe contains proteins that are adept at cell stimulation, repair and deep tissue regeneration.
