Delivery Information
Orders delivering to addresses in Ireland are typically delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) of your order being placed. When you place an order, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Orders awaiting dispatch are collected daily and are typically delivered on the next working day for most addresses in Ireland.

Returns Policy
At Skin Smart Clinic we aim to make returning an item as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with a particular product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at: info@skinsmart.ie
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Skin Smart Clinic, First Floor 15 Main Street, Lucan, Co. Dublin K78Y8K0.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The goods are your responsibility until they reach Skin Smart Clinic.

Sales
All sales are subject to these terms and conditions and no others shall apply.
Prices
- Prices are correct at the time of going online, and are subject to alteration at any time without prior notice.
VAT
- All prices include VAT.
- VAT is charged at the prevailing rate at time of order. Prices may be subject to change to reflect changes in the rate of VAT or VAT due in respect of the sale.
Carriage
- Carriage will only be charged once per order, and will be charged at €5.00 for all orders including packaging.
Product availability - Our stock levels are always high; however, we cannot always guarantee immediate availability of all items. Should an item be out of stock, we will advise you of the anticipated delivery time, and do our utmost to get the item to you in the shortest possible time.
Product Specification
- Details and specifications are correct at the time of going online and may be altered without prior notice, dependent upon manufacturer’s amendments. Up to date details can be checked when ordering, to avoid disappointment.
Title of Goods
- All goods supplied remain our property until such time as payment has cleared for aforementioned goods.
Insurance and Risk
- Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods shall pass to the customer. We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.
Delivery Claims
- Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing within 5 days of the anticipated delivery date, or we accept no responsibility for loss of delivery. Damaged and missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery in writing, or we shall not be liable.
Returned Goods
- If you wish to return a product you have purchased skinsmart.ie please contact our customer service team at info@skinsmart.ie . Unless the product is faulty and covered under warranty the product must be in an unused and in a saleable condition. Returns must be made within the cooling off period of 14 days of receipt. If the product returned is not in a fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Postage will not be refunded on goods returned which are not faulty.
Product Liability
- The manufacturers of all items featured within this website are ultimately responsible for product liability. Any injuries and incidences occurring due to faulty workmanship or materials will be the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
